Celtic Group of Companies was Incorporated on January 3rd, 2006. Keri Roszko, its founder, and Mat Roszko its managing partner transformed this small Company into one of the leaders in the industry.
Celtic Group of Companies is based out of Sherwood Park and currently manages many condominium properties throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas including high-rise/low-rise apartments, bareland and townhouse complexes. Our current portfolio consists of a mix of small, medium and large-scale Condominium Corporations and rental pools.
Celtic prides itself on understanding the needs of properties both big and small. We also look after individual rentals for investors who are looking to have their properties professionally managed and maintained. We have a proven track record in tenant selection and keeping your property and its prime investment level.

Myself and rest of the condo board have been working with Katrina and she's been invaluable in the management of the building.
